Finally a Strong eBook Reader on Mac

I’ve been wanting a solid eReader on mac because there are times I want to view sections of a book on a larger screen. I love that Clearview handles multiple useful formats so well. Love the annotation ability. I basically store and maintain my database of eBooks in Calibre, but use Clearview for reading.

I think this would be a 5-star app for me if there was a little more customizability and some syncing support. There’s very little control over how the text looks. Having the capacity to change paragraph or line spacing would make me use Clearview even more frequently. Also the ability to sync annotations between machines would be great. Not a deal breaker by any means, but a useful feature to add. But the simplistic controls for text do take a star off for me. Otherwise its extremely usable and useful eReader, and I thank Canoe soft for getting it done and keeping the improvements coming!
